Besides the combination of sugarcane theory, technology and practical experience, should be combined accurately then sustainability of sugarcane fields can be achieved.
From these perspectives, our sustainable sugarcane plantations are systematically implemented base on this concept.
- Soil : Proper soil development, there is a constant maintenance of the soil and reducing chemical usage in sugarcane field should be brought in to acknowledge.
Good preparation before planting and proper activity of sugarcane, are important. Furthermore the sustainability of fertile soil and suitable moisture soil level throughout the lifetime of sugarcane,will bring in the benefit of plantation.
Finally the development of plantation for various machines from planting to harvesting are also the significant factors. - Irrigation system : Sugarcane needs approximately 1500 Millimeters rain-fall annually. Base on this concept due to current climate conditions, irrigation source analysis is very important.
Measuring soil moisture over sugarcane life time will bring in the precision of sugarcane plantation.
Thus the development of irrigation resource and emphasizing the sustainability of irrigation are our core perspectives. - Sugarcane : Knowledge of suitable sugarcane varieties, full lifetime of each variety of sugarcane in harvesting, and sugarcane seedling plantation, are all important to the sustainability of the sugarcane fields.
